Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et c'est bien trop. Nous sommes habitués à venir à Bangkok, et à la chaine Accor. Nous n'avons rarement vu un hôtel avec de si mauvaise prestations. L'hôtel est désert, mais impossible d'avoir un last check-out au delà de 13h30. (sinon 2000 baht de supplément La chambre est immense mais vieillissante, la douche à du mal à coulé, la clim fait un bruit de malade (impossible de dormir avec). La piscine ne respire pas la propreté, et l'insonorisation de la chambre est proche de zéro. Le petit déjeuné au 14ème étage n'apporte aucune vue, et surtout il n'y a pas assez de choix, et il n'est pas bon! Seul point positif, l'emplacement proche du terminal 21 avec les 2 stations de métro. Une mention top au chauffeur de la navette qui relève le niveau de l'hôtel!

Appartement spacieux mais très vieillot chambre 802. Rien à voir avec les photos sur votre site. La housse couette déchirée, des odeurs de tabac dans le couleur. Mobilier fatigué. Le petit déjeuner fût la grande déception, absolument pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le pire est que j'ai utilisé mes points pour votre établissement soit disant un 5 ÉTOILES.....
