We had a nice clean room , but we wasn’t allowed in the bar and was sat in a hall way near a lift didn’t have enough seats there was 10 of us had to wait a long time for drinks, had a meal but was told we had wait until 9 o’clock then when haveing the the meal was told to hurry up as the chef wanted to go home. The next morning I went done and ordered food in lounge area i paid £46 pounds for 4 drinks , toast , chicken and chips and macaroni cheese was horrible , we had to ask for cutlery and sauces and they just wasn’t very helpful. X

Apologizes regarding our restaurant set up that evening, it was very much last minute due to the functions BBQ being rained off. Had a lovely break at the hotel. Room was very clean and breakfast was really nice with a great selection. We were greeted with friendly staff at the reception desk and all staff were polite and helpful. We were apprehensive after reading some reviews and wasn't sure what to expect but we were relieved and surprised how comfortable and clean the room was and will definitely use this hotel the next time we visit the area.

The room too small too hot and run down
