An okay stay and a vastly overpriced one , wouldn't stay again. Let's start with the positives. 1) All the staff are very friendly, polite and professional. 2) The hotel is clean throughout. 3) The bar , lounge and restaurant are smart , modern with air-conditioning. 4) The breakfast was good. 5) The location is very good and fairly quiet , with a huge car park. Now the cons 1) The outside of the hotel is badly run down and scruffy . 2) The room was shabby and outdated with badly stained carpet , needs updating. The shower is very hot water even on the lowest setting. The bath is slippery, if you want a rubber mat , you have to ask for one at reception, its abit late once your in the shower and dam right dangerous !. 3) Being a hot weekend , no drinking water made available in the room . At reception I had to pay £3 for two small bottles. They did however have water with lemon slices in , in the foyer on tap. I still think a bottle each per day should be provided in the room , considering the price of the room. 4) No vending machine available in reception. 5) Vastly overpriced, well over £300 for a hotel loyalty member , solo stay b & b . All in all , an okay , average stay and I wouldn't stay again .

Nice hotel rooms dated could do with modernising . Our room was clean and bed was comfy.

All very good. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. There does not seem to be any air conditioning in the bedrooms and they were very hot but overall very clean and comfortable. I would recommend for overnight stay Centrally positioned
