The hotel is okay for business trips but needs renovation because it is old. The windows are not shutting properly so when there is wind you hear the wind howling and there is a draft. The shower faucet is not easy to adjust.

Staff were nice and helpful but hotel definitely needs refurbishing

Check in was pleasant. The room was cold. Got the radiator to work and asked for an extra duvet (which came). There was quite a draught from the curtains and we could not get the window to seal. The noise was something else - we have videos of it. Could hear people in the carpark talking but the whistling of the wind was incessant throughout the night. By daybreak it was the seagulls screaming in the window. We did remark on this at reception. A waste of a night. Would have been better in the B&B. I stay in a lot of hotels (have been Accor Platinum, am Hilton Diamond, Bonvoy Gold). This wasn't a good experience.

Stay here quite a lot and usually ok. I always pay extra for a privilege room because I like a fridge but the last twice there's been no fridge in the room despite putting it down as a request. When I mention this at the reception they say only the privilege rooms have one but I'm in a privileged one. When I mentioned it they said oh there should've been one. Really really frustrating.
