I had a good time and the exprience was first class. The staff where very helpful kind and respectful. Help was readily available. I would definately recommend the hotel yo my friends and family. The food was well prepared and well cooked at meal times were on the secheduled times.

Me and my Niece visit quite often, she is in a wheelchair but we never ask for an accessible room as she doesn't particularly like them as hates the alarms around the room/bathroom. On thsi occasion there was no double room avaaible so had booked da twin room, i went to the room prior ot her and it was tinted plus the door was so narrow i would never have gotten her chair in. the doors in the non accessible rooms are usually fine. We went to reception and they changed us no bother to one of the accessible room which had a much wider door. Thank fully my niece as on with the alarms in this room The rooms are always comfy and cosy they only thing that was an issue was the noise on the floor at12pm and again at around 2pm. It's uncontrollable I suppose form the hotel point of view but we never got the best sleep and my niece was woken up on both occasions with the nosie of slamming doors and shouting But apart form that a good stay and the breakfast is lovely too

Really comfortable beds and pillows. The view was fantastic. Breakfast choices were really good catering for all tastes. Reception staff warm, friendly and helpful.
