Stayed three nights and found whole stay comfortable and pleasant Staff were very nice and friendly and made visit feel nice Only negative was no plug point at bed so if watching stuff to keep phone charge or iPad if using them

I would like to praise the staff here, particularly Meghan, who was exceptionally helpful and provided great service throughout my stay. However, the hotel's hardware is severely lacking. As a Mercure property, having no 24-hour dining available on-site and no refrigerator in the room is completely below expected standards. This combination makes it incredibly inconvenient for travelers who need basic food storage. Great staff like Meghan deserve better infrastructure to support them. Management needs to address these major deficiencies.

Upon arriving, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. The hotel is in a really good location not too far from the beach, and very close to the shops. Our room was nice and big. We had a good break.
