we were in Ayrshire for a wedding. It was our first outing since COVID. Staff were wonderful, very helpful.

Our stay was a couple of nights before the races at Ayr ,good location as its only 5 mins in a taxi, the staff were very pleasant however the hotel is quite tired and could do with a facelift particuarly the bedrooms the breakfast was poor for the £15.95 price , food cold and slow to replenish

Had a nice stay. Hotel needs refurbished. Not as clean as I would like. Swimming pool and area badly need repairs. Staff lovely especially housekeeping. Husbands birthday would have been nice to get a wee voucher for bar or something.

I was in room 260 I was down at the race day to celebrate my future daughter-in-law hen do when I went back to my room at 20:00 to sleep the noise & vibration from the music below my room was awful I phoned reception to complain and was told to expect it to last till 12:30 I did not settle to sleep the whole night and it spoiled my stay & trip which was a special time. Perhaps room allocation could have been organised better.
