Staff were very attentive and friendly, location is great for getting around Glasgow, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only let down in the superior room was the dated bathroom.. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and a good price All in all we will return

Location was perfect so close to everything. We were welcomed by the lovely Joy who showed us how we could check in early. Slept well. Wish the windows would open a little bit more as it was quite warm in the room.

We had 2 days stay and it was nice because of the comfortable room however the staff were exceptionally pleasant and i felt we recieved a personal experience which is what you would want

We arrived and the room was not ready, but staff gladly offered to secure our luggage. Our room turned out to be small and 7 floors up. Having a previous nice stay, we'll think twice about staying here again.
