Had an issue with the tv which was sorted straight away. Front desk friendly and very helpful. Only downside is room could have done with a freshen up. Shower was great. Being on the ground floor we heard everything even people speaking in the next room, doors slamming, upstairs shower was very loud. Bring ear plugs! Haha Plenty of parking.

A mid week trip with the family and our first stay at Abbots Well Hotel. I have to say having stayed at a few Mercure hotels we know the teams will always be super friendly but these guys were fantastic. If you have children and want a great hotel who a amazingly family friendly this is perfect.

When I checked in and checked out I did not feel like a valued guest or a member of the Accor loyalty community. I went to the trouble of completing a card with my observations but I never heard anything further.

Room was acceptable, however our stay was ruined by being awoken by a person accessing our room at 1 am. This was reported to front desk staff upon leaving, but I have had no further communication from the hotel yet.
