We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the warm and professional attitude of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, approachable, and genuinely keen to help, which made a noticeable difference to my stay. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, offering everything needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided a quiet environment that allowed for a good night’s rest. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, as cleanliness was consistent throughout the property. Public areas were also well presented, creating a nice space to relax or move through without feeling rushed or crowded. The overall ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. What truly stood out, however, was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist at all times really enhanced the experience and left a lasting impression. Dogs barking in the bar, during the night (corridor) and at breakfast was a real put off, which was a shame as the staff were really friendly.

Upon arriving for check-in at approximately 10pm, we discovered that the hotel’s 24-hour room service, advertised in the app and on the room leaflet, was not operational. When questioned, the response was a typo error. How is it even possible?what was it supposed to be? 2-hour room service? 12-hour room service or which is it? This misinformation left us starved for the remainder of the night.
