One of the best welcomes we have ever had, Francesca on reception was excellent. All the staff were excellent, friendly, smiling and and professional it was notaeable as it doesn't happen very often. Congratulations on that. Bedrooms a bit old fashioned and minimal furniture - only one chair, not terribly luxurious but comfortable.

Booked thro Secret escapes, great deal included drink, and £25 per person meal (£125 per night). Got a complimentary upgrade! Food was good, service outstanding. No sign if under staffing like a lot of places, lost of staff and always greeted with a smile. Fantastic setting too.

Had a great stop over with the dogs. The room was clean and came with treats for the dogs. Outside space is lovely. Food was tasty. Ticket all the boxes and we’ll be back.
