Knowing nothing about this hotel we booked it simply because it was ideal location near family but we can honestly say it was a great experience. The staff were all so friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom clean and the bed VERY comfortable. We only had breakfast - there was an excellent selection and it was delicious. Maybe a second coffee machine would have helped the queues though ?!) A second visit is certainly on our agenda.

It was a great weekend, but as the weather was very cold the hotel didn’t feel as warm as on previous visits. I understand that the limitations of the building mean that a lift is not feasible but there are a lot of steps.
