The mercure hotel in tunbridge wells provides a wonderful service for food, recetion and room service. I would especially like give my props to tim for providing a quick and polite service in the resteraunt. I am always smiled at and told good morning on my way into work, i cannot recommend this hotel enough

All the food is good and there is a big variety of food including the bar food , the staff are brilliant especially, Tim , Holly and Fin , they all provide brilliant service and do a terrific job . The rooms are very well done and the bed is very comfortable. The receptionists are lovely and very welcoming , Jasmine creates a good friendly atmosphere in the hotel and is a great welcoming into the Mercure .

Great food and great service from Holly, fin and Tim in the restaurant. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bar food and restaurant food offer variety. The receptionist Jasmine is welcoming friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.
