So far so good, check in nice and easy, friendly staff on the front desk, bar staff friendly, looking forward to dinner in the onsite restaurant where I have met Tim my server who is very helpful, attentive and goes above beyond to make u feel welcome and looked after.

Attend mercure to meet up with a mate during midweek on a Monday. We had a lovely time in a very friendly environment having some very tasty food and well served beer. Tim was very attentive and has great customer service skills. Will attend here again soon

Perfect burger! The best I've tasted in ages. The waiter was very polite and attentive. My wife's fish was the size of a whale and very tasty. The soup was made fresh that morning and was a treat for the tastebuds. We had two delicious desserts that were melt in the mouth.

Lovely hotel experience ! Tim in the restaurant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely food and ambience within the restaurant, too. Altogether, a great weekend away for a rest and relaxation. Rooms were nice and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Would come again
