We recently hosted an event at Pullman Auckland, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dorothy, who managed our event, was absolutely fantastic — professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire team went above and beyond, from the welcoming concierge to the banqueting and AV teams. The food was delicious, and the desserts were a highlight! Our guests left happy and impressed — truly a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

We organised the End of the Year lunch at the Tapestry Restaurant and would like to express our sincere thanks to the Tapestry team. Everything was absolutely amazing — the food was delicious (the chef is remarkable!), the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was delightful. A special thanks going to the administrative team for looking after our group, attending to every detail, and accommodating all the last-minute amendments. Thank you, team — we are very much looking forward to coming back.

Although the rooms were nice, they were showing signs of age. Floor boards were peeling paint, bathroom tiles were broken or cracked and apart from the entrance there were absolutely no lights on the ceiling which was very annoying. Not a big fan of in-bath showers, particularly when the water system does not have a mixer and because of the shower screen, you had to be in the tub to turn on the shower. Very old fashioned.

The Pullman Auckland is perfectly located in central Auckland, and within walking distance of Britomart, Commercial Bay, and Spark Arena. Easy to access from the Southern motorway. The hotel is well appointed, and a bastion of luxury in a bustling city. We have stayed several times during the past couple of years, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. The standard of service is second to none. The gym equipment is plentiful, the pool large and airy, and the lobby bar comfortable. The selection of food available for the breakfast buffet caters for every taste - from the standard bacon, eggs, and mushrooms, to self-made fresh fruit smoothies. We have always been well looked after, and we will definitely return.
