Pullman Paris Montparnasse 4 stars

My experience was overall pretty good. The Staff was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end of my stay, the hotel was very well located, walking distance from many restaurantes, and different subway stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Paris. My only issue was with the open concept shower design, altough it looks nice, it makes things more difficult and riskier, as the floor around shower was constantly wet, making it difficult to keep the area clean and risk to slip and fall. I would still prefer a shower with a glass door.

Best hotel experience among every visit to paris. New and young energy in every service point. Cant wait to eat breakfast everyday.

Very friendly staff great layout good rooms and great layout of food only flip side only one bottle of water was given for two people per day and that too without an opener.

From the time of our arrival the personal of the hotel ensured we had a good holiday.

A lot of staff and nice view from the hotel room. Hotel room and facilities were ok, but not more. Room was ok but bathroom did not have a door, so you could see from the door to the shower, bathroom floor had stains. Otherwise clean. We stayed in Deluxe room in 20th floor. Breakfast products were also ok, but not as wide variety as we have experienced before at Pullmans elsewhere. A lot of staff at the breakfast but they were just walking around, not brining coffee or anything like that, mainly discussing with each other, not really being friendly to the guests. Except one lady who was extremely friendly and smily :) Reception was friendly and fast. Extremely bad service at the Italian style restaurant, this girl was just so not friendly at all, she just looked really tired and bored of working. No knowledge of restaurant service at all! In the breakfast room there were tiles on the floor that were not attached, so one could fall with these easily. Be carefull when walking there. And on our leaving day, during breakfast, the christmas decoration was taken off. Why do you do this during when you have guests there? Why not after the breakfast time, since it seemed that after breakfast there was not much happening in the restaurant. Just doing things like that when less guests/no guests would be more guest friendly.
