The hotel overall is lovely, and well located. Roshni in the Junction Cafe was very polite and helpful with my needs. I want to give special recognition to Hamadi at the Pullman Hotel Doha for delivering truly outstanding service throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and cared for. He was especially wonderful with my 3-year-old daughter—warm, patient, and incredibly attentive. He upgraded our room, personally walked me through all the hotel’s services, and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. He even helped with our bags, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels and luxury chains around the world, and I can confidently say this was one of the best stays I have ever had—all thanks to him. His professionalism, confidence, and natural leadership made it feel as though he was the manager, I was shocked when I found out he wasnt. With his exceptional customer service and this level of dedication, I truly believe he deserves a promotion - he is one of the best I have ever met and that is not an exaggeration at all. On our last day - he even realised my daughters birthday and did a little celebration for her. Thank you, Hamadi, for making our stay unforgettable. The Pullman Doha is incredibly fortunate to have someone like you! Thankyou for making me feel like I was at home.

From the staff to the upgraded room, this hotel was great. After a long trip from Australia the staff at Pullman made our short stop over very enjoyable. The hotel is well positioned, next to two shopping malls and short Uber rides from Doha attractions. Would recommend.
