1.早餐没有优质蛋白质 No sufficient choice with protein at breakfast 2.服务比以前差了，退房后还打电话说minibar被使用过，但实际并没有使用。不知道哪里出了错，并且打电话的服务员态度很不好。The service is getting worse. The staff called me after I check-out and stated that a bottle of beer was not found in the minibar. I had never used the minibar and I have no idea what’s wrong with it. Moreover, the staff called me is bad attitude.

First of all, location is perfect. It has been a long time since my previous stay at this hotel. I could not find any staff for help during breakfast. I have been asked by the staff when I would check out. Why kept asking? The experience of the stay was not pleasant!

Not bad Room was nice however no prior advise that Lounge was closed. The restaurant is very old fashioned in design and layout. Good location close to a mall.
