The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. The smart tv are equipped with netflix. Check in was also quick, and i was helped with my room as requested, as i had many requests. thank you to the receptionist who helped me out.

Various food but lack of protein such as beef.. Other things are good enough... The restaurant so spaces... and the waitress are pretty like Ms Silvia Anggun.

Great check in. Staff professional. Rooms showing their age.. Breakfast was disappointing, seems to be the norm in many Accor hotels in Indonesia now.
