good location for downtown attractions, but room and services in needs of improvement, particularly the food quality of Happy Hours options

Appreciated upgraded room and daily fruits, and courtesy laundry (4 shirts). However, the shower room floor was not leveled or tilted to the drain. As the consequence, the water overflown the outside, flooding the entire bath/shower room area. Although the room service lady was quickly to respond to mop up waters, but the shower room floor needs to be fixed. The most unhappy part of the stay was the quality of the food in Happy Hours package. The Happy Hour package was offered at 3rd floor restaurant because of the Executive Lounger was not fully opened. Two complaints - 1) the English food description does not match with the actual food and Chinese description. for example, fried rice with Jinhua Ham (金华火腿) - it was just a fry rice with egg. 2) during our 2nd stay, after waited for 40 min. the fried rice(扬州炒饭) was served lukewarm with cold carrots and corns, all other dishes were in half of the quantities in comparison with the first day. And the lack of the attention in food preparation and service attitude were in true reflection from the foods in the plates - very disappointed for 4* hotel restaurant.
