everything is very off,it doesnt derserve to have a name of 5 star hotel, service bad especially when my courier is delivered to the hotel,it take very long time to find my delivery and this is the only hotel that give me this service. The clealiness of the room is not up to standard and i have booked a suite and suppose to have a upgrade not sure if the reception did give me an upgrade.i wont be coming back if this keeps happening ,i might just terminate my allcor membership.

We were charged for mini bar even thought it’s included in our booking! We didn’t use the things that’s priced but in the fridge. The AC was also not working. The staff were also unhelpful and unprofessional. It’s very upsetting experience

We booked a large room and were upgraded to an available suite. Breakfast was spectacular. We participated in one Happy Hour and enjoyed the petting zoo. The attached mall was entertaining. Hotel staff were all very kind and efficient.

Great location and good service. Nice arrival and departure process. Rooms a bit dated in some spaces and would benefit from upgrade of furniture.
