No hot water

The room and the hotel overall was fine. But when I got up in the morning there was no hot water. It's not that it was cold, there was little more than a trickle from the shower or sink tap when I turned on the hot water, so clearly a water pressure issue. I mentioned it on check out but I felt like your employee didn't believe me. She just said "oh sorry to hear that".

It was good - easy check in, nice room, good location for office, friendly staff. The only issue is that my loyalty points haven’t come through on my app (normally it happens automatically).
