Point négatif : Dommage qu'il faille payer 20£ de plus pour avoir la chambre plus tôt. Je pensais qu'en étant membre "platinium", cela était inclus. Point positif : Accueil au top par tout le personnel. Top d'avoir quelqu'un qui parle français. Point bonus pour Axel. Merci pour le petit cadeau dans la chambre (le chocolat était très bon) Merci pour la diversité en thé et en café (très apprécié)

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner très correct, personnels sympathiques. Chambre 219 (2° étage) avec TV de très mauvaise qualité, peu de chaînes et pas une en français. La porte de la salle d'eau très grinçante et désagréable. Pas de mini réfrigérateur. J'ai demandé à la réception un oreiller "mou" pour mon épouse qui souffre du dos, ils n'en ont pas! Pas de parapluie non plus à disposition.
