I am pleased to hear that you received a pleasant welcome and found your room clean. However, I am sorry to learn that you felt the stay did not represent good value for the price paid, and that the service did not meet your expectations. Hotel prices in London can fluctuate significantly depending on demand, local events, and seasonal periods, with rates often increasing during particularly busy times. However, we fully appreciate that regardless of the rate paid, guests should receive a level of service that justifies the cost of their stay.
