Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location, cleanliness, responsive team and extensive breakfast selection. However, I am sorry that your room was not fully prepared for your child upon arrival and that some of your preferences and housekeeping expectations were not met. Whilst I am glad our team was able to resolve the sofa bed issue quickly, this should have been in place from the outset. Thank you also for your comments regarding the refurbished room and the wardrobe handle. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams as we continue to improve our guest experience. Despite these inconveniences, we are delighted that you enjoyed your overall stay. We hope you also had the opportunity to make use of our swimming pool, sauna and steam room during your visit. Warm regards, Cassian Langdon Assistant Front Office Manager
