L hotel est situé dans un endroit calme et à deux pas de la gare, desservie au moins par 5 métros. Nous sommes tombés sur une hôtesse très agréable et qui parle très bien le français.

A proximité correcte d. la gare Paddington train et métro et desservi par quelques bus, notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans ce Novotel confortable, silencieux, moderne et très bien entretenu. L'équipe a été charmante et soucieuse d. notre bien-être d. la réception au restaurant et à l'entretien des chambres. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est assez varié en sucré et en salé, toujours frais et satisfaisant. Enfin, nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure malgré des horaires qui mériteraient d'être plus étendus en soirée. L'hôtel devrait préciser qu'il y a également un sauna et un hammam que nous avons découverts presque par hasard à côté d. la piscine. Nous recommandons et cet hôtel mérite un 5/5.

Franchement c est notre deuxième séjour au Novotel et j’apprécie l’hôtel son emplacement les services et surtout l’équipe qui nous fait ressentir comme si nous sommes à la maison ! Dédicace spéciale à Oumaima très professionnelle qui parle plusieurs langues et qui nous a aidé à nous sortir comme chez nous. J’ai la chance de séjourner dans plusieurs pays et différents marques d’hôtel et notamment le Hilton London metropole mais je préfère de loin maintenant le Novotel confort emplacement et qualité des services ! La rénovation des chambres et top et avoir du Rituals en produits à disposition est la petite touche de plus avec le café Nespresso
