La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, un large choix est proposé au petit déjeuner. La proximité avec la gare de West Brompton est pratique. Les bruits entre étages peuvent néanmoins générer des nuisances.

Le personnel est top le seul bémol c’est qu'on nous demande notre nationalité lors de la réservation et personne ne parle français à notre arrivé.La télé est comprit dans le prix de la chambre mais aucune possibilité de la mettre en français.
