Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la pulizia, gli arredi moderni e la cortesia del nostro staff. È fantastico che la colazione sia stata di suo gradimento e che la posizione dell'hotel sia stata comoda per le sue esigenze, vicino alla metro e circondata da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti. Dear Clive, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased that the hotel's location and the car parking facilities continue to meet your travel needs. These conveniences, along with our proximity to Hammersmith Apollo and shopping centres, are often highlighted by our guests as some of the hotel's main assets. However, we are deeply sorry to hear about the issues you faced with room temperature. We understand how important a comfortable environment is for our guests, and we apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced. While our rooms are equipped with air cooling systems and heating, we regret that they did not provide the warmth you expected. We are taking your feedback seriously and will look into the heating concerns in the rooms you mentioned. Nonetheless, we hope that the overall standard of service and amenities, such as our fitness suite and Artisan Grill, will encourage you to consider staying with us again.
