Dear OlivierP1094, Thank you for your recent stay with us and for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that, as per our hotel policy, payment is required at the time of check-in. Upon arrival, you requested to pay for the first night of one of the rooms and advised us that the remaining amount would be paid in cash the following day. To accommodate your request, we made an exception to our standard policy to ensure a more comfortable stay for you. However, the following day, we did not receive the expected payment, nor did we receive any clarification regarding when the balance would be settled. On the third day, we had to block the room keys in order to reach you, and despite our attempts to contact you, the provided phone number was unreachable. We kindly remind guests that any promised payments should be fulfilled to avoid such situations. Despite this issue, we hope you had a pleasant stay, and we appreciate your understanding.
