The rooms were well-designed and easy to operate, the food was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. While the Pullman Aerocity has a lovely ambience and our check-in was smooth, thanks to Prasthanth at the front desk, the stay did not live up to the brand's reputation. We had a malfunctioning AC that left our room uncomfortably warm. The maintenance staff who came to check it, gave me an unconvincing excuse and vanished. 30 minutes later we called regarding the same issue and were given a pedestal fan. To top it off, check-out with Prince was very detached. He was so busy scrolling and texting on his mobile phone so had no time to acknowledge our presence, let alone enquire about the inconvenient night we had. While the breakfast and room was lovely, the service definitely requires significant improvement.
