Staff were not hospitable, especially the help desk folks. Rooms were well maintained

Great room, outstanding food, very nice dining staff. Did feel that the taxi to the airport was exorbitantly priced. 2300 rupees for 5-6 mins drive is ludicrous. Hotel like that should provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Even charging double or triple the uber price would have been ok.

The property is fairly good but the staff is simply getting worse. It took me 50 minutes to get connected with the front office staff and that too after multiple calls. The operator doesn’t picks up the calls . This scenario has happened quite a few times. Staff needs to be pulled up !!

Our second stay at The Pullman was great. We were welcomed warmly at the door, the excellent concierge organised for my medicine freezer blocks to be frozen efficiently and quickly. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom had a lovely comfortable bath! We had dinner at Honk, it was excellent. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious.
