I stayed at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity recently and overall found it to be a pretty average experience. The hotel looks modern from the outside, and the location is convenient for airport access, but the service and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. At check-in, there was no recognition of my status or loyalty program membership whatsoever. It felt like just another generic arrival with no effort to make returning or elite guests feel valued. The front desk staff was polite but completely indifferent. The room they assigned me had a noticeable foul smell—something like dampness mixed with old carpet or drainage issues—that was quite off-putting. I tried to ignore it at first, but it didn't dissipate even after remedial actions. The room itself was clean enough in appearance, but that odor made it uncomfortable to relax in. After complaining, the staff finally got into action. They apologized (a bit belatedly) and quickly arranged a room change, which was better and odor-free. Once they were alerted to the problem, they handled the switch efficiently. Overall, the hotel is fine if you have low expectations or just need a place near the airport. The facilities are decent, and the bed was comfortable, but the lack of proactive service and initial room quality made it feel like a standard chain hotel rather than anything special. I probably wouldn't rush back unless it was the most convenient option.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Pullman Aerocity. I stayed at Pullman Aerocity expecting the premium, relaxing experience you would associate with one of the more elite hotels in the area, but unfortunately the stay was badly let down by poor management and a disappointing atmosphere. The hotel arranged a paid pool party that was also open to external visitors, yet guests were not informed in advance. Even a day’s notice would have been helpful so we could have adjusted our plans. Instead, a letter was placed in the room only a few hours before the event, by which point we had already planned to spend a quiet day relaxing by the pool. That plan was completely ruined. When the party started, the atmosphere around the pool changed entirely. It became crowded with young partygoers, and there were photographers taking pictures of women in bikinis, repeatedly asking them to pose and re-pose. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and certainly not the kind of environment expected at a luxury hotel. The disruption extended beyond the pool area. The lobby became chaotic with people arriving for the event who did not have lift access. Many were holding the lifts while trying to get staff to let them through, causing delays and frustration for hotel guests. Staff made little effort to manage the situation or prioritise paying residents who were simply trying to access their rooms. Overall, what should have been a high-end stay felt cheap, disorganised, and surprisingly trashy. Very disappointing for a hotel that markets itself as one of the top options in Aerocity.

Everything was great only few hick ups with morning buffet restaurant waiter touching the food with bare hands and not much of fellow cup when taking orders it took staff to get me coffee after 30 min
