We were two women guests staying at Pullman for one night and had a highly disappointing experience. Upon check-in, the room allocated to us was not a pool-view room, despite having paid for one. Although the room was changed within a few minutes, a charger was inadvertently left behind in the first room during the move. The following day, when we realized the charger was missing, we had to make multiple follow-ups with your team. We even waited at the reception for nearly 15 minutes seeking assistance, but no one appeared concerned or willing to help. Ultimately, we had to make our own efforts to locate the charger. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the reception staff. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times appeared rude in their interactions with us. As guests, we expected a much higher standard of service and support, particularly when raising a genuine concern. The lack of responsiveness, empathy, and assistance from your team made the entire experience extremely stressful and unpleasant. We felt ignored, mentally harassed and unsupported throughout the process. Such treatment is not what one would expect from a hotel of Pullman's reputation. I request that this matter be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that future guests do not face a similar experience.

The Health and Safety Officer at Pullman Hotel was very caring and helpful when I had a bleeding incident after an accident following a bath. They provided first aid, checked on my wellbeing, and looked after me throughout the night, making sure I was safe and comfortable. Their support and attention during a difficult situation were greatly appreciated.
