first room had not been made up on arrival so had to go back to reception as the bed still had dirty linen. receptionist allocated a new room but the shower head had a leak and the shower was not great at draining, meaning you were standing in water up to your ankles while taking a shower, stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions over the past 8 years but this was by far the worst stay i have had

Room was cold and dated. A little rough round the edges but most of all cold. The air con blew cold air and the radiator was on but quite low!
