The room was tired and Amenities were poor. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Reception welcome was far from a welcome. The bathroom was filthy with black mould marks and the Bathroom door was completely rotten. The walls were paper thin - I was kept awake until after midnight. I phoning reception 3 times to ask if the room next door could turn their television down which was blaring for hours. After the third phone call over 2 hours later they eventually did at 10.30pm. After this the room on the other side was on a phone call until after midnight shouting down the phone quite unpleasantly. I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast has improved vastly and continues to do so Decor has been noticeably freshened up Parking app issues: I used the new parking app but discovered (too late) that check out time defaults to midnight without any warning. An attempt was made to correct it but the system was down - if I receive an additional charge I will ask it to be waived as agreed - the default time should be changed or better instructions for the check out time are needed.
