Great location and rooms but as this is spread over multiple levels, it can be a faff using different lifts and stairs to get to the room on floor 2! Went half board and although the breakfast was brilliant, the 2 course eve meal was very poor value for money. Really wish they would put EV charge points (even a 3 or 7kw would be massive) in the parking garage as added extra stress on the onward journey

Rooms are dated, poor breakfast options, the hotel itself is an absolute maze to get around

Friendly staff although my room (409) was very hot and the pipes were quite noisy. I turned off the radiator straight away. The flush for the en suite was difficult to press which I mentioned to reception on checking out
