Parking was convenient but expensive. Room was lovely especially nice having a walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant overlooking the town centre. Lady (ginger shots) was very helpful and friendly so a special mention to her. Not so good points. Receptionist did not give us information about where dinner / breakfast were and what time breakfast was. Usually standard information. Dinner was awful. Served in the bar and the food was terrible. I had Japanese style chicken wings which came with a thick coating of spicy orange breadcrumbs and for a main I had chicken tikka masala which was obviously a microwave ready meal. For dessert, cake and ice cream were on the menu. Had to ask the receptionist if we could have dessert and he went into the kitchen saying he would see what there was. What there was, was plain vanilla ice-cream from a tub. I'd recommended B&B only. They really shouldn't bother with evening food, when there is a town full of restaurants. No surprise that the menu is impossible to find online and not to be found in the room.
