Second time staying at this hotel for a short break. This time here for new year. Pros. *Quick check in with friendly staff, *reasonable car park payment *Room was good size, clean and warm. *Bed comfy. *Plenty of hot water *Great central location Negatives *Small car park for the size of the hotel *Plug of shower did not drain very well leading to a very wet bathroom floor. Over all a pleasant stay and would return.

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting family and had a very pleasant experience. Firstly, all the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Carl. The breakfast was very good, but the choice of evening meal, in the restaurant, was limited. The rooms were well appointed with tea and coffee making facilities and the decor of the hotel is bright and appealing. Our only criticism is the underground parking facility, which is run on a first come , first served basis , and there are only 21 spaces. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would return.

Room smelt of damp. Very rundown. Breakfast was terrible especially when you charge slot for it

We stayed for 2 nights hotel nice a little run down in places but pleasant enough. Staff nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better but enjoyed what was on offer . The location was brilliant and on the doorstep to Darlo city centre and bed very comfortable . my only 4 negatives are 1- The hotel took bank details explained I paid on booking than to be presented with a bill on entering. 2- The noise which can be heard from rooms next door and corridor area which woke us at 139am from people screaming and shouting and running up corridors 3- The fact that I was charged more times for parking than needed in private car park. 4- no hot water to shower In the morning Would I stay again maybe if I was in a quieter area and water was warm .
