Staff friendly and coffee was nice. However, the building is crumbling with decor falling off the walls, staining on corridor walls where bath sealant on the opposite site has failed, skirting falling off walls (has been screwed and painted on in places but also failing) stained glass windows look about to burst inwards in dining area. the lift sounds like a london underground train rattling along it's tracks. hot water from both bathroom taps (probably poor lagging on hot) and basin taps not fixed so spin round when trying to operate. toilets (in room and near breakfast room) flushing system needed several very firm presses to flush (people without olympic weightlifter strength hands may struggle). Cleaners vans block in guests cars when on site.

Lovely hotel with the town centre. Perfect room, immaturely clean, coffee machine, little fridge, comfortable bed and very fluffy towels. Greta breakfast and super friendly staff.
