We stayed 2 nights and it was excellent, we had a great experience!! The hotel was nice, the room was comfortable, clean and under Novotel's standards. It is well connected with the metro and you are in Newcastle city center in 20 minutes and, there is a big shopping center near the hotel with shops and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast staff very efficient. If I go back to Newcastle, I will stay here again.

Dinning area floor was littered with food on both mornings

There is always plenty of parking, check-in staff are polite and courteous and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is wonderful with a great selection.
