Very clean and tidy, very helpful cleaning staff and reception staff, good spacious rooms, spacious lobby area and bar, toiletries towels provided, safe provided, good quality smart TV in room with youtube. Kids really enjoyed.

Unfortunately I was disturbed by loud noise including dog barking from the room opposite. From my recollection the noise continued through until around midnight when I finally contacted reception. The response was very professional and respectful and I understand the occupants causing the disturbance were contacted on two occasions to appraise them of the situation. This situation although regrettable will not stop me from continuing to enjoy my stays at the Novotel. Perhaps on my next stay I should request a quiet room.
