Lovely staff Breakfast - not great Room could have been cleaner , warmer, toilet door did not close properly, bath not able to use due to bath plug seal, skin dirty and damp smell in bathroom

We love this hotel & its staff But we had a pull out sofa bed which was really poor & my daughter had no sleep!

The family room was nice, enjoyed my rest but disappointed by the room was not hovered or not properly clean. There were animal/pets hair all over the carpet and the towels not clean. 2 towels were dirty and the bathroom top tables and soap dispensers were very dusty.

We (my wife, my daughter and I) had a great three night stay here at end of Feb 26. Metro station just a 10 min walk away which takes you straight into town or to the coast. All the staff were very friendly and professional. There is loads of free parking on offer too. The restaurant offers great options for evening meals and the buffet breakfasts were very varied too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
