In a very central location within walking distance of all the main attractions, however very basic rooms with shower cubicles and a very small wash basin located in the room itself, no wardrobes to store clothes, no complimentary water.

Jing Z. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The only downside is the lack of access control at the main entrance on the ground floor. Anyone can enter the building and take the elevator directly to the residential floors, allowing them to reach the hallway and stand right outside any apartment door. There doesn’t seem to be any security measure preventing unauthorized people from accessing the residential floors, which is a concern when it comes to safety and privacy. It would be great if the building could have a proper access control system for better security.

Dear Jing Z., Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your comfortable stay and our convenient location. I appreciate your concerns regarding the access control at the main entrance. Please be assured that guest safety and privacy are priorities for us. While we currently do not have an access control system in place, we continuously review our security measures to ensure a safe environment for all our guests. Your suggestion for a more robust system is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we plan for future improvements. best regards D. Kranat hotel manager ibis budget Dresden City

The shower situation in the room was strange, as it is just in the middle of the room! This was odd, but other than that, it was comfortable and nice and cool.

Yaakov K. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

We were there in the middle of TERRIBLE heatwave, so the AC in the room made us survive, it works very well. But to have the shower visible in the middle of the room is very strange, esp. if you dont travel as a couple but as father and adult daughter like us. Also the the light in the toilet switches on automatically is problematic at night if the other roommate wants to sleep!

Dear Yaakov K., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I appreciate your comments about the air conditioning, which indeed offers comfort during extreme heat. I understand that the layout of the room may not have suited your needs, especially given your travel circumstances. Our design choices aim to provide a unique experience, but I apologize for any discomfort this caused. Additionally, I acknowledge the issue with the automatic light in the restroom; it is an aspect we will consider for future improvements. Thank you once again for sharing your insights. best regards D. Kranat hotel manager ibis budget Dresden City

First, I want to thank Ms Hayat and two other gentlemen at the front desk for their hospitality. Especially Ms Hayat deserves a big recognition for her sincerity and kindness! Re the rooms, pillows are very uncomfortable; please replace them with better ones. Consider putting a small fridge in all rooms. Alternatively, consider putting an ice machine on every floor. This way, your guests will have a more comfortable stay there!!

Dear Orhan O., Thank you for your positive feedback and for acknowledging the hospitality of our team, in particular Ms. Hayat. We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests. I appreciate your comments regarding the pillows; we continually evaluate our room facilities to enhance the comfort of our guests. Your suggestion regarding small refrigerators and ice machines has been noted, as we are focused on improving the overall experience in our hotel. Once again, thank you for your valuable insights. please send the invoice

Dear Mr Malek Y. I., Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your invoice enquiry. We are aware of how important it is to receive this document, and although you have already contacted us directly – albeit only today – we are currently processing your enquiry, which will only take a few hours. We are therefore unable to understand your review and find it very regrettable that you are reducing your stay to this one issue. Furthermore, we sent you the invoice by email after your departure. As your guest file did not contain any billing details, the invoice did not include such information. Had you informed us at check-in of what should be noted on the invoice, we would have done so immediately. Kind regards, D. Kranat, Hotel Manager, ibis budget Dresden City
