We were there in the middle of TERRIBLE heatwave, so the AC in the room made us survive, it works very well. But to have the shower visible in the middle of the room is very strange, esp. if you dont travel as a couple but as father and adult daughter like us. Also the the light in the toilet switches on automatically is problematic at night if the other roommate wants to sleep!

First, I want to thank Ms Hayat and two other gentlemen at the front desk for their hospitality. Especially Ms Hayat deserves a big recognition for her sincerity and kindness! Re the rooms, pillows are very uncomfortable; please replace them with better ones. Consider putting a small fridge in all rooms. Alternatively, consider putting an ice machine on every floor. This way, your guests will have a more comfortable stay there!!

Hotel is well situated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok - nothing to write home about. Probably would not book the breakfast again. Rooms were on the small side but functional and clean. Mattresses were a bit hard. The oddest thing is the bathroom set-up. Privacy is a bit lacking with the showers kind of in the room. That’s just strange and is definitely a major consideration for me next time I’m in Dresden.

I usually like this hotel chain and appreciate its focus on affordable, no-frills stays. However, this location was a disappointment. The room showed noticeable wear, and the cleanliness was lacking – there was a lot of dust and even other people’s hair under the bed. All went fine but the cheap mattress toppers and terrible pillows ruined my stay. The toppers move around and I almost feel out of the bed twice, it's totally absurd. This was maybe the most uncomfortable hotel experience I have ever had. Please find a way to fix the toppers so they don't move around urgently!
