Food was good yes! But other than that, bell boy never came to help. 1st they saw me a single check in adult they gave a room with broken mirror and dirty washroom as if I was paying les. I paid the full amount and still the staff treated me like this. The experience was not good. Location was safe but My ibis experience is a no go in future. And when I explained it to the staff after dialing 0. They said they will send someone to clean the room. Instead they should have offered to change the room. Which I had to ask after going to the reception. I had to take my luggage up and down 3 times because of this mess. Please do not loot the innocent customers like this in the name of 5 star accomodation.
