Pravin S. M. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

1. The towels were unclean, appearing extremely old and worn. 2. Complimentary toiletries were entirely absent. Given that we are paying for our comfort at what is considered a 3-star hotel, we naturally expect a commensurate level of service.

Dear Pravin S. M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the condition of the towels and the absence of toiletries during your stay. Your expectations are important to us, and I appreciate your concerns regarding service levels. Best regards, Sunaina Manerker Resident Manager ibis New Delhi Aerocity
