Need someimprovements in Hotel and service

I stayed at this hotel for seven nights and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the hotel is clean and well located, close to the beach and some restaurants. It also has good parking facilities, and the staff are attentive and helpful. On the negative side, there are some aspects that need improvement: The breakfast was a little confusing, with a lack of items and variety. The breakfast room was also too small and crowded, and they could not handle the demand when it was more than half full. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattress was very hard, with a poor-quality pillow top that did not provide enough support. The pillows were too low and soft, and I had trouble sleeping well. Another thing that bothered me was that they only provided bath towels, not face towels. I think that is a basic amenity that every hotel should have and even though the hotel is in front of Camburi beach, they did not have beach towels for guests. They only rented chairs and umbrellas, which I found disappointing. Overall, I think this hotel has potential, but it needs to improve some aspects to offer a better experience to its guests.
