Unpleasant hotel experience

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your establishment for two nights. Regrettably, my first night turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have encountered. During my stay, I encountered significant disturbances from a noisy air conditioner and fridge in my initial room, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Given that I had an early start the following day for work, this disruption added considerable stress to an already demanding schedule. Upon reporting the issue to the reception, I appreciate the prompt action taken to relocate me to another room. Despite the room change, I have been attempting to reach out to discuss a potential refund for the inconveniences I faced during my first night. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact a manager have been unsuccessful thus far, and I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, and I believe in the commitment of your team to ensure guest satisfaction. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with an appropriate representative at your earliest convenience. I am confident that a fair resolution can be reached, and I would like to ensure that my experience does not dissuade me from considering Ibis for future stays. We booked two rooms for our family. The hotel placed the rooms on opposite floors. When we asked to be placed together, we were put on the same floor but opposite ends. Our room was a handicapped room that was substandard. We would not stay at Ibis hotels again
