Unfortunately our stay was a nightmare, room old and in need of a dire refurbishment. Breakfast bland and staff attitude not one of the best. Loud music played from outside till 2 am in the morning.

Thai hotel is completely derelict. Rooms are old, and worn out. AC was mended with tape. TV had burn-in marks. Corridors are dark and dated. Exterior (facade) is peeling off and falling apart. I thought Ibis had a minimum acceptable standard. I was wrong.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. However, the bedroom could use better maintenance. The bathroom light was not working, the air conditioning made noticeable noise, and the window was dirty, which affected the overall comfort. With some improvements in upkeep, this hotel could be an excellent choice.

The hotel is in front of a pub with live very loud music from Wednesday through Sunday until very late. The room was very old, air conditioning held with tape, broken remote control for the tv, could not even change channels or volume. Super old pillows, we were in 3 so I asked for 3 more pillows to try to make one decent for each and they said the limit for extra pillows was 2. Strong smell of humidity. I really didn’t like that hotel, it was the worst Ibis I stayed at so far…

The Hotel seems not to follow the standard of the IBIS. The room was clean, but the bathroom faucet was clogged, the showers door was broken, and the washroom door does not close completely.

My stay was generally pleasant, and I especially appreciated the beautiful view from the room. However, upon checking in on the first day, I noticed some cleanliness issues. There were hairs on parts of the toilet and table, and a used tissue had not been removed. I hope the housekeeping team can pay closer attention to these details to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Old and unkept hotel but in great location. Maintenance is very poor, badly kept rooms.

The hotel staff is excellent; however, the room urgently needs renovation and not just a fresh coat of paint. The TV is old and has LED marks, the air conditioner is outdated and rusty, the bathroom fixtures show heavy wear with mold in the grout, the elevator door barely opens properly, among other issues. Definitely the worst Ibis I have ever stayed at.

Hotel is not well kept. Furniture really beaten up, mold marks on the walls, air conditioner unit taped up. Extra bed for the child are under a furniture that, when opened, wood chips and little insects fell on the bed. Hotel staff acknowledged the poor conditions of the room and accommodated as much as possible by changing sheets, but I would not recommend a stay there, until the hotel goes through renovations. Oh, and they don't tell you that the only rooms with the extra bed for a child are on the first level. This means, quite noisy nights from the pub across the street. Did not match the previous IBIS experience we had.
