Yes, we had a good stay at IBIS Airport in Vitoria/ES/BR. We used this good hotel just to stay for one night and to continue our long trip.

Room conservation was not good in general. Also, the bathroom had damaged floor and the water was leaking from the shower making the floor totally wet the hole day.

This IBIS needs a major cleaning

Unfortunately, this IBIS is not up to IBIS standards anymore. We stayed there many times, and it was always good. this time however, the room was dirty, with mosquitos. and this during the pandemia!

Disappointing IBIS hotel - not standard

We always used to stay at the IBIS Aeroporto hotel in Vitoria on our way to Bahia, because we always trusted the IBIS standard. However, this time, we were extremely disappointed: The room was not clean at all. There were mosquitos in the room, the shower was dirty. this is not the IBIS standard we are used to. on our way back from Bahia, we decided to stay at another hotel.

Stay was good, people in the hotel were friendly. The only thing was that the room was a bit smelly, I think it came from the Aircond, which was not very good. The temp control was inefficient.

The bathroom is not comfortable. The airconditioning system did not refresh my room. Not a towel or paper towel in the restroom beside the restaurant. Thick sink in my room.

Dear Sir, It is with frustration that I complain for the unpleasant stay of my mother, Sueli Barbosa, in your hotel property on xx January 2020. Her mobile phone disappeared or was stolen while checking in. Her room not only was downgraded but had the TV not working and without clock. This basic standard is expected from a hotel brand such as yours but was unfortunately inconveniently not provided. I hope you will take this feedback to improve the quality of service your guests deserve.

The Ibis Vitoria Aeroporto is a good hotel. Follows very well the standards of the "Ibis" line. I expected to have free shuttle from the airport, as it has "Aeroporto" on the name. If I knew there was no shuttle I would probably stay in another hotel.

I usually don’t give a bad review because I like the hotel but the room in the ground floor was the worse experience ever. You guys accepted a group of people - teachers to be more precise, and my room was next to the entrance for the breakfast area/reception, and from 5am these people started to make a lot, I mean a lot of noise next to my room, and you guys didn’t have the consideration to ask them to be quiet and to have consideration towards the other guests, that was unacceptable, really. I will come back only if I need too, but I will never accept ground floor again as now I know how terrible the experience would be. Also, your breakfast is too poor for such an expensive stay, for e.g, in the 21st century, and you don't have a dairy-free option. It's really underrated (come on guys, soy milk is everywhere!). The room is fine, not perfect but it is fine. The employees from reception to kitchen are the only ones who should get all the stars, they were amazing and I hope the bad side of my review don’t fall on them as they don’t deserve it.

Going to an Ibis Hotel means kbnowing exactly what you are going to find. The rooms look the same all over the world, the breakfast is healthy and good, people from the hotel are nice and friendly. very confortable. But I had a problem with the check-in by the internet: it did not arrive there !!

The location is not so good. Has a favela behind and not more than a shopping near the hotel. I would reccomend you to stay at other ibis hotels around vitoria than staying at this one, because others have better places to go while there.

Bad internet connection Box in bathroom it's really bad. The door doesn't close properly and the water flows by underneath. I believe the hotel could take advantage of having a hood location to offer a little better services.

Hotel Card Key Trouble

Warrior1984 Solo travel - 19/05/2016 TripAdvisor review

After my check-in, I experienced a trouble at the door lockers. I just had to advice at the hotel lobby about that. She took a little long to give me another card key. My second day I experienced the second trouble again. After all that, the recepcionist just apologized me by the problem. The mainline is: "Some door lockers must be repaired." On the other hand, I had a great staying! Thanks all hotel staff!
