Got charged for my hotel room when I had already paid

I prepaid for a one night room through Expedia but was charged again when I checked out. I would like my money back

That's why your booking wasn't already paid at the check-in time and you must paid at the check-out date. Good experience from start to finish. Easy to book and pay online. Quick checkout. Ibis Guingump well located with easy access from the N12 and secure parking. Room was simple but v clean. Breakfast laid out in the morning was good with a nice selection of local cheeses. Great blackout blind in room! Maybe too good. To be aware of no kettle in the room which you'd get in the UK, which was a shame. Our room, which faced the entrance, was a bit noisy in the morning as all the smokers gathered for a *cough* and their first fix of the day! Otherwise a good choice.

Clean tidy rooms. Just could do with usb points and possibly a bottle of water. Staff pleasant and speak good English. The restaurant next door was closed which meant a drive into town to get something to eat.
