The construction at the entrance of the hotel makes the experience a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant breakfast experience is ok, not the best coffee or the best local products one would like to see in Medellin such as good arepas and better fruits diversity. The room was pretty good, probably too much air conditioning if we want to save some energy.

No coffee maker in the room, no bottled of water in the room. No clothes iron. Have problem with the TV remote control A basic details very important for a travelers or business person. That's things need your attention.

Hotel is under remodelation. That was not a problem, but the following were: 1. The amount of dust under the bed 2. There was a used towel + used shower cap in bathroom at the time of checkin 3. I couldn’t order something from restaurant (water and coke) because the “system is new” and nobody was able to pass my credit card for opening an account to order stuff on my room number. I asked if the restaurant can give me the legal electronic invoice and I was told that they can’t do that cause they are separate from the hotel. 3. At checkout I asked for the electronic invoice to be issued on company name, they confirmed they had the data for the company. Several hours later I received the invoice on my own name. Overall an experience I do not want to repeat. In addition the staff was always telling me they are using a new system and that is why they don’t know how to do anything… but with a tone that was in general rude and lacking empathy. Therefore my team won’t book again this hotel, despite it being conveniently close to the office we visit.

Not a cheap price for a cheap place

It’s was average place for the city but the place has been abandoned in terms of service. Staff with a lack of interests in people’s needs. Horrible beds, tiny bedroom and some lack of cleanliness.
