Terrible stay at the Pullman Tour Eiffel

Arrived at the Pullman Tour Eiffel yesterday having booked two rooms with breakfast, and having confirmed everything ahead of my arrival. Upon check-in, got told I haven't included breakfast. We had booked a tour, so had to leave it and deal with it in the evening. Upon a lengthy conversation, the attendant at the front desk agreed breakfast was included and said it would be added back. This morning, arrive for breakfast, only to be told, breakfast was not listed. Went to the front desk for the third time. The attendant once again said breakfast is included and we should go and enjoy breakfast. After a day of sightseeing, we return to a letter from reception in our room informing us that breakfast needs to be paid for as it was not included. I booked directly with Pullman and clearly paid for bed and breakfast. Hands down the worst hotel experience in many years. For a hotel which claims to have prestige, I found their behaviour and attitude extremely cheap. If we were staying more than just 2 nights, I would have checked out and moved elsewhere. You need to do better Pullman!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel - literal steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine, you’re right in the heart of it all. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The staff were also attentive and friendly throughout.

Wow—where do I even begin? This wasn’t my first stay at Pullman Hotels & Resorts, and once again they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Every visit has been wonderful, but this time the front desk truly made our stay unforgettable. After an 11-hour flight, we arrived exhausted, and Mr. Othmane greeted us with the warmest smile and offered an early check-in—what a lifesaver! And then… our room! A beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. It was pure magic and the perfect way to kick off our birthday celebration. The breakfast was fantastic, the hotel spotless, and the whole experience just felt special from beginning to end. No surprise—I’m already booked to come back next month! Thank you, Cindy ✨ December 10-12/2025
