I was booked to this place and I was not expecting anything wow. I have been two times to their residence on Bd Hausmann and I liked it. This is a huge property. But the apartment I got was very well appointed, clean and very big. Overall a pleasant experience!

I’ll start by saying that I never write reviews- ever! But I felt the need to for this hotel given the negative ones recently uploaded. They do not represent it at all. This trip was with my family of 4 for my 40th birthday. In the lead up to going, I was so worried after the reviews I read and wanted to cancel. So glad I didn’t! The apartments are clean and spacious with excellent views. The beds were comfortable and the water hot. Having an apartment made mornings easy with croissants looking out to the Eiffel Tower. We chose not to have the hotel breakfast as we wanted to take advantage of local patisseries. There were loads of shops and restaurants within a short walk. I felt totally safe in the area and the hotel entrance isn’t as dodgy as people said. Yes, it is covered by a sort of overpass but it was fine. I could not have been happier with our stay and the apartment. All that worry for nothing!

Not satisfied at all .The worst hotel in paris not safe a group person came and robbed us in front of the reception no staff member was ready to help all useless people are working in this hotel nobody responds be safe near the front desk not a single staff member is ready to help us.We even went to the polic not even the polic is ready to help we losst 3000 euros. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY USELESS.

ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO RUNNING WATER, ZERO COMMUNICATION

For the past 2 days the entire hotel has had no running water, and security prevents you from using the other facility bathrooms. Absolutely zero communication has been made. TVs infuriatingly turns off at random. No cleaning services during stay.

terrible experience - Be cautious

I booked a REFUNDABLE rate which included the meals. There was a miscommunication and the hotel put the reservation through as NON-refundable (INCLUDING MEALS) and charged my credit card immediately. (approx. $3200 Can.) As an elderly person, I was concerned about the need to cancel. Hotel said they would look at the situation if that happened. About a week before our trip, I was admitted to the hospital with a life and death situation and am still receiving treatment and may not recover. The hotel refuses to refund my money - not even for the meals. I have emailed the manager who has not responded to my emails. BE CAUTIOUS!
