We spent a week in this hotel.Had an early flight ,the reception staff was extremely helpful ,courteous and gave us the room early .We had a great stay!! The restaurant , bar and the entire staff was so amazing . We can recommend this hotel without any doubts .Super clean and absolutely lovely staff.

I would love to thank the concierge Emilien who went out of his way to accommodate our dining requests and managed to make reservations at 3 incredible restaurants. Also the gentleman Saber at the morning breakfast buffet who started off our mornings with impeccable service. The front desk staff were all wonderful as well. The 4 star rating is due to the size of the room. Yes it was very clean, having said that with 5 pieces of luggage there was absolutely no storage, or room to maneuver in the room. I get you dont go to Paris to sit in the room but you do have to change and shower. There were no drawers in which to put the clothes and only one small closet. Thankfully I upgraded to a superior room… i can only imagine how small the normal was. I was offered an upgrade however it was 100.00 more per night. All in all i would recommend this Hotel just for the serviceof the staff alone. Thanks again for making our trip to Paris so memorable.

Bad start to a Work Trip, great ending

Had the worst start to this trip as my son was very ill the night of travel so I arrived very sleep deprived from London. The hotel staff at this place were fantastic, every single staff member learnt my name and greeted me throughout my stay. An Umbrella was passed to me before my meeting and a taxi was waiting right outside. The location was great for my business trip and also gave me the opportunity to see all of the major landmarks near to the hotel. Food was brilliant, I had lunch and breakfast and both were very nice. Special shout out to the reception staff, the concierge and also the gent serving at the bar area. I have travelled the world and to get this level of service even at a 5 star hotel is rare.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

This is absolutely not a five star hotel!!16 square meter rooms and you can hear everything from the neighbour room and the corridor!!!Black spots everywhere in the shower and water doesnt go down!!everything is just furbished on the outside!!and that for 450 euros the day for a 16 square meter room!! And on top very arrogant behaving from the asian rezeption manager!! WELCOME TO PARIS!!!

I’ve spent a few good nights there. It’s located nicely at a short distance from Trocadéro. Many restaurants nearby, a small Carrefour by the corner and metro stations as well. The staff was very nice, common spaces chic but rooms not at this level of stars and price. The room is well appointed but tiny for 5*. A bit of attention to the details wouldn’t harm anyone. Breakfast and the space to it are both chic.
