Fantastic hotel, perfect location and brilliant wow factor when you walk in. It would be better if it had a rooftop pool like other Novotels.

The hotel is huge, more than 750 rooms. Perfect location with a big variety of shops nearby. Plenty of parking space, nice spa with swimming pool are the must. The standard rooms are nice and spacious enough for two people with big tv, safe, fridge and a gorgeous view to the city including part of Seine river. The restaurant is very expensive for a very simple buffet meal with nothing special. With the same price we can eat in a good restaurant in Paris. Avoid the restaurant and enjoy the spa, including in the rate.

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel staff were so attentive. They worked so hard and were so pleasant during our stay from the breakfast until our departure and organising our car to the airport. Lovely room and we used the pool and loved the sauna. Such a central hotel. Only a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby also. Would recommend highly.

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are unresponsive and unhelpful — they don’t answer or assist when you need something. The breakfast is poorly organized, the service is terrible, and the rooms are not clean at all. There were even ants in my room! On top of that, the hotel is overpriced, and they don’t even provide water in the room. If you want a bottle of water, you have to pay extra for it. Definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Not bad but the rooms dont deserve the 4 star rating. The bathroom area is very cramped enough for 1 person .The hotel location is a walking distance to Eiffel Tower about 2km which is a positive. The reception is beautiful but the check in for a first timer is complicated since the reception area is at the first floor and there is no one to help you upon arrival at the Ground floor 🤔. The reception staff is not welcoming , they can barely speak English which makes it difficult to communicate with them.
