As you already mentioned, our Standard Studios have windows that can not be opened due to fire law restrictions but we are happy to upgrade our guests if Superior Studios are available. Good morning, and greetings from Vienna! We apologize we were not able to provide you with the quality of services you deserve. The hygienic measures and allover cleanliness of the rooms and areas at our Aparthotel, are one of the main priorities for us. Which is why I can assure you, that dusty rooms or dirt is absolutely no standard of Adagio. While reading this, we really hope that you reported this also to the reception during your stay, so that we had the opportunity to react to it or to offer you a room move at least. Regarding your other comments we would kindly like to inform you that actually all of our rooms are equiped with electricity plugs, even beside the bed. Also our Aparthotel is having a "library" in the lobby area with many items and things, our guests could need during their stay, and which they can borrow from us during their stay. It includes also different types of pillows, filters for the filter coffee machines, nespresso machines with nespresso caps, additional cuttlery, etc. So we could have offered you other or additional pillows as well as the filters for the coffee machines, if you have asked at the reception or took a look through our library, which is also presented in the public areas with a QR code. However, we sincerely regret that you didn't experience good first impressions. But we are sure, that we could've turned this positively, if you had reported this to our reception. If this was brought to our attention and we did not do anything to make it right, it is uncharacteristic of our hotel and I would like to make sure this information gets forwarded to our management team. We will appreciate if you may reconsider to give us another opportunity to welcome you again, in order to provide you with our best service and recover your trust in our hotel.
