Dear Ms. G., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry to read about your experience and especially about the noise disturbance you encountered during your stay. We understand how important comfort and rest are, particularly in a luxury hotel environment, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable situation regarding the rental car return. While we do recommend Sixt to our guests, we do not currently have an official partnership with them. Unfortunately, this means that our team was not pre-informed about the return arrangements for your vehicle. Our concierge team did try to contact Sixt to obtain the necessary details and assist with the logistics, but as it was already evening time, they were unable to reach them. We regret that this situation caused frustration and discomfort. Please understand that it is not possible to leave vehicles parked in front of the hotel, especially for a longer period of time, due to operational restrictions. Following your feedback, we are already in contact with Sixt to improve communication and collaboration in the future so that similar situations can be avoided and our guests are not inconvenienced again. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not reflect the high standards we aim to provide, and we appreciate your comments as they help us improve our service and guest experience.
