L'hôtel est vieillot et a besoin d'un serieux rafraîchissement. Dans ma chambre les peintures étaient écaillées, les luminaires de la salle de bain fixés avec un élastique et de l'adhésif, l'abat-jour du lampadaire couvert d'auréoles suspectes. Oreillers de très mauvaise qualité, cheap. Tout était néanmoins très propre. Le statut Gold ne m'a permis ni d'avoir un early check-in, ni d'être surclassé (bien que le site affiche des catégories supérieures disponibles). Bon petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil par un jeune homme (d'origine portugaise) extrêmement aimable et attentionné +++

Hôtel bien situé ( moins de 10 minutes à pied de Vienne Mitte)
