Really Poor. The worst among the Accor properties I have ever stayed at. The team at dinner area had no idea about welcome drinks. They first gave the entire menu saying apart from imported drinks; all are available. The moment the order was placed, they had unavailability and conditions. We had to remind them thrice about the order since they forgot. To make things worse; the drink had hair in it when served!!!!!
