As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Sanook. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also gave us many great recommendations for places to visit and delicious food around Samui. We were truly impressed and not disappointed at all. Already looking forward to our next trip and staying at ibis Samui again!

Not gud rooms not helper for lagbag food is worst my room is full of mosquitos my both kids became ill plz don't stay in this hotel if you have kids
