Just I think someone could use an air blower every morning around the grounds and clean the spider webs around the entrances of the room doors. 1st impressions mean a lot. Also fix the pool table as it needs major attention and no chalk for the ques

A spider in the room, cobwebs on the walls, bathroom door don’t close, booked a room for 4 however only tea/coffee cups for 2, no wifi, no usb charging points. Overall a very tired building in need of upgrade and clean.

When we arrived at our room the toilet cistern was leaking onto the floor and the bathroom floor was wet as a result. It was disappointing to arrive at a room in that condition.

EXCELLENT SERVICE KIDS HAD A BALL ESPECIALLY WITH THE XMAS LIGHTS AT HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS AND BEING NYE THE FIREWORKS DIDN'T DISAPOINT
