Checked in early Friday evening, booked and paid for additional sofa bed. Got to room, no sofa bed made up, housekeeping gone for the day. No hot water Friday night. Front desk looked into this and we were able to get warm water. Next morning, mostly hot water. Return from a big day out, zero hot water. Breakfast staff completely run off their feet not keeping up, clearly very understaffed. Felt very sorry as they were dealing with multiple complaints.
