Rang all morning before check in, no answer. Left multiple messages after check out as I’d left something behind, no call backs and item wasn’t found. Had a spa bath room, cold water, no pressure for the hot water.. had breakfast there it was cold.

Great stay!Very happy with our room and loved being so close to the pool. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great buffet breakfast! Very impressed with manager Haylee who checked us in. I was very frazzled after a long trip and arriving late. She is very caring and calming. Chatted several times with her during our stay . All staff so friendly . Enjoyed our time there and will definitely be returning.

It was a lovely room , but could do with a good clean inside and out , I had 2 shampoos and no body wash , and there were dirty marks on my white towels, no pool towels and the air conditioner could do with a good clean , and the screen doors were very dirty with dirt and mould ,looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in months,
