The room was really dirty - in fact there was faeces left in the toilet bowl and had been sprayed on the tiled wall behind the toilet and left uncleaned. The bedding was piling and pillows soft due to ware. The outside of the building needs a good clean down, to remove webs etc.

Room had cockroaches, insects, and tiles are not well maintained. Ally from Reception was nice, however; the rest of the staff, including duty manager, unfortunately do not have enough customer service experience. I am ex. Accor Management, and didn't feel any special, upon my arrival or during our stay.
