Lovely staff, lovely gardens and lovely dining settings. However, more attention to detail is needed in the rooms. We had no coffee and no biccys. No raw sugar just white. We had no bin to place our rubbish only a recycable bin. Our tray was left outside our room overnight and still wasn't collected at lunchtime. The ants had a field day! Also the bathroom ceiling fan was very dirty with a huge accumulation of dust and dirt. Cobwebs in the bathroom too. Outdoor balcony could have done with a sweep too. Overall i always enjoy my stay here but just a few of the simple basic things would enhance my overall experience in order for me to give a 10 out of 10 rating!

Very helpful staff although there didn't seem to be enough of them for the bar and dining room They were working v hard but they can't be everywhere

2 Adults, 1 x four and a half and a 2 and a half year old. Great location, immaculate grounds, Pool area - a refresh would be great. Enjoyed the Spa, Pool was refreshing. Signage would be beneficial. Pool towels from Reception. Rooms a better clean, no extra blankets, Shower - divine, Towels etc - large and cuddly, no Smart TV, Beds very comfortable. Room needs a refresh. Great parking outside the door. Staff - Excellent, Breakfast - Buffet - Bacon, Chipolatas, Eggs, Cereal, Pastries, Bread etc Coffee Machine, Juices (Eggs can ordered) Peaceful and Charming Reading room plus a Pool/Bar area. Lovely walk to Hunter Valley Gardens - signage, and lights would be beneficial. Overall a lovely stay. We will be back.

Bathroom had a perpetual sewage type smell. We did not look forward to getting into the room. Staff was lovely and friendly.
