My stay at Novotel Hotel Square Pune was truly memorable! The staff's attentive service, coupled with their genuine smiles, made me feel at home. The culinary experience was exceptional, with the chef's signature dishes leaving me craving for more. What stood out, however, was the surprise birthday celebration organized by the team. They went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable. The hotel's modern amenities, pristine pool, and lively bar only added to the charm. As I checked out, I felt grateful for the warm hospitality and nostalgic memories created. Novotel Hotel Square Pune has earned a loyal customer in me.

Poor services. In room dining number doesn’t connect . Srushti at reception is very casual at her work . Told her to give a wake up call as I had flight to catch , she was very casual and forgotten to give the wake up call . When asked what happened about wake up call , reply was very casual “ sorry I forgot and we had check in guests “ .
