Great room, great breakfast buffet, room service was efficient; overall very satisfied with the stay. One service delivery issue is that I wasn't able to get through to Housekeeping at all via room phone. I needed an Iron urgently and was told that it would be delivered but it never showed up. Also there was no body lotion/moisturizer in the bathroom.

The stay was comfortable overall, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would especially like to appreciate Priyanshi, who made sure we were taken care of when we reached the hotel a little early and needed to drop off our bags. She was consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and we genuinely appreciated her assistance. Thank you, Priyanshi! However, I felt that the rates and the quality of service did not quite go hand in hand. While I completely understand that the property has limited space, I don’t believe that should be an excuse for inconsistencies in service, particularly during breakfast, with the punctuality of maintenance requests, and in recognising the occasion for a guest’s stay. I have stayed at multiple Accor properties across India and abroad, and unfortunately, something or the other was consistently lacking in service at this property. That said, I would consider this a good business hotel if you are primarily looking for a place to stay while spending most of your time outside the hotel, rather than a property where you intend to spend significant time relaxing and enjoying the facilities. To go into more detail, I noticed several inconsistencies with the breakfast table setup. Tables were not always cleaned properly between guests, and on one occasion, food particles were still clearly visible on a freshly allotted table before we even sat down. There was also only one napkin provided for the two of us on both days of our stay. Water bottles were neither replenished nor replaced after the previous guests had left, and glasses were sometimes missing altogether, making it difficult to pour the water provided. The breakfast spread itself, however, was quite good considering the size of the property, and we appreciated the variety and the effort to cater to a wider range of preferences. With regard to the hotel’s recreational facilities, I found it slightly unusual that the smoking room shares the same space as the swimming pool, spa, and gym. For non-smokers, this can take away from the experience, particularly when you are trying to relax after using the gym or spa. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, although the lighting could certainly be improved. At night, when I needed to work, the room was extremely dimly lit. While this was not a major inconvenience, the lighting did make the room feel more conducive to sleeping than working. The purpose of our visit was also particularly special: we were celebrating four years together, and Pune holds significant personal importance to both of us as we have spent a large part of our lives here. I understand that this is primarily a business hotel, and I wasn't expecting an elaborate celebration. However, I do feel that small gestures or attention to such occasions can make a stay considerably more memorable. Unfortunately, there were also issues with the responsiveness of maintenance. Shortly after checking in, we realised that the television remote was not working, which meant that we could not switch the TV off when we wanted to take a nap. What should have been a relatively simple issue took approximately 6–8 hours to resolve, which felt considerably longer than reasonable. Ultimately, it really is the small details that shape the overall experience. The property itself is comfortable, the staff are generally helpful, and the breakfast offering is commendable. Priyanshi in particular stood out for her consistent helpfulness and made us feel well taken care of. However, the repeated inconsistencies in service and attention to detail made the stay fall short of what we have come to expect from a five-star Accor property. Unfortunately, for us, the experience did not quite live up to that standard.

It was great experience and staff are also very supportive and Kind. Only the thing is that they don't respond on call you make from the room to bring water bottle or something else. Yes it happened with me. But that can be negligible. Other than that the experience was very nice. Everyone should try atleast once.

One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the **early check-in**. After travelling, being able to check in early was extremely convenient and made a big difference to my experience. The process was quick and smooth, and the staff handled everything professionally. I really appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request and making me feel welcomed from the very beginning. The room was another major highlight. It was **big, spacious, clean, and very comfortable**. There was plenty of space to move around, and the room was well-maintained.
