Coming from the airport, I had great difficulty to find the public bus. Had to take taxi. Easy on my way back to the airport. Better signage at airport might be useful. Nice room, but outlook into the courtyard very depressing. after a day of travelling I was in need for some fresh air amd some nature. The outside area did not appeal, the seating did not feel very inviting - just looking at cars and other buildings… some landscaping with trees, bushes could improve this. I thought the bar/ restaurant area downstairs was nice. The staff very nice . Complimentary coffee, tea, fruit all appreciated.

The hotel is great. Instructions as to HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT were not too good. I needed to ask explicitly for directions by email and then figure out how to find the bus, etc... Would be nice if these were more accessible

Due to cancelled flight we had an unexpected 24 extra hours in Munich. We chose Novotel for the location and price. It was a great choice! Clean and modern. A baby bed and extra bed for the kids. Free shuttle to the airport including the marvelous area between the terminals and in walking distance to a cool park and restaurant. Also a great breakfast and a kids play area. We’ll definitely stay there again the next time we have an overnight in Munich.

Room was extremely poorly lighted. It was also cold, and we could not raise temperature in room. We were disappointed that dinner was only served at tables in the hotel lobby instead of inside the room where breakfast is served.
