ibis Samui Bophut 3 stars

We do not usually write reviews, although we travel the world. Starting with check in, it was smooth and professional, especially Pom, Molly, Kaew and Lek, all of them were extremely attentive to detail, informative, and ready to help. Resort's atmosphere and facilities are great and valued for money if compare to other 3 stars hotels. The breakfast was perfect and also dining in the evening at the restaurant. In our room, the housekeeper" B" was great. She's so attentive and friendly. Overall of our stay was amazing, it's over our expectation. We'd like to recommend this hotel and will be back again.

Our stay at Ibis Samui Bophut was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and especially Praew who we met every morning in the restaurant. The hotel had a fully equipped gym with a cross trainer and free weights, combined with treadmills for fitness. For a 3 star hotel I would easily rate it as 4 star, specifically because of the amazing beach and pool. The pool bar was also reasonably priced and the food was tasty. In the lobby you can also rent motorbikes without hassle (which we did), and there is also a ATM machine for convenience. The nearest 7-11 is just a short walk away aswell. The only negative I can think of is that our room wasn´t equipped with any kind of table or desk, which I would have needed for work. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and we had a small balcony aswell. Overall I was very impressed for this price point.

We book direct at hotel and stay here for 3 nights. Many people at the pool and beach at all time. Room is lovey and clean. We did not take a breakfast but the BBQ in evening was good price on the pool side. The reception was lovely. We know that every Ibis hotel do not provide bellboy service but Ibis samui did it

The very good price for a night stay at Ibis Samui.Love the staffs at this place. Reception staffs really helpful. Room was great, clean and valued for the price we paid. Lovely pool as access to the beach. Jeab is a recetion staff at Lobby was profesional and sort out our booking.

Perfect location for me as its close to the pier to go to Koh Phangan & within walking distance to Fisherman Village. But disappointed on the whole with my current trip in Thailand. Not getting any free upgrades whatsoever. I was in Vietnam last july for 3 wks & got a free upgrade every single time with Accor hotels.
