We had a problem late one night with a broken toilet. No problem for Matildah on reception who organised maintenance and then housekeeping to make sure we got a replacement room without any fuss, despite her being son busy juggling many other customers on what was a busy evening. Staff are all very helpful and friendly, breakfasts were good and rooms were good. Locationnis perfect for Metro and shops / restaurants. So all in all, a good experience
