Great location, wonderful atmosphere, and best of all, amazing service. We arrived early and asked if we could check in early. Joebelle was really helpful and accommodating which made our stay joyful right from the start.

Utilized a suite night award for this stay and enjoyed amazing views both day and night. The suite was spacious and it would be perfect with more/brighter lights since the grey interiors does not reflect much light after sunset. Visiting the bar at night was a vibe, be sure to visit early to avoid long queues. Breakfast was delicious and made even better with the great views. The hotel was fully booked however the experience was still tip top during our stay. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the professional staff team at reception, bar and breakfast.

Room was ready late. Room itself felt like a cave. It was dark / not well lit and completely hard surfaces. It was admittedly spacious and had a nice view. Staff was friendly for the most part, but pretty useless for simple things like restaurant recommendations. Also seemed like one of the maids went through our stuff, though nothing was taken. Breakfast was slow and the restaurant should give some priority to guests.

Loved the architecture and location. Service was not always on par. Sometimes exceptional (reception) sometimes rude (room service)

The room was well furnished and very clean. The amenities and service were excellent. A bottle of bubbles was left in our room (gratis) to celebrate the new year, a nice touch from a great hotel. The views from our room and the loft restaurant were amazing.
